Our Fee
Simply put, when your house sells, we charge $3900, whether it cost $200,000 or $1,000,000. Of course, we will have to give consideration to a buyer's agent, which is typically 3%. But compared to a 6% commission, your savings with Flathouse Brokers would be:
$2100 if your house costs $200,000
$8100 if your house costs $400,000
$14,100 if your house costs $600,000
Your savings will grow if you refer a buyer to us that buys your house. We will do the whole transaction for the flat fee of $3900. Our fiduciary duty remains with you the seller, but by saving you and the buyer a considerable amount of money, all parties are better able to negotiate a favorable contract.
In the unlikely event we are in a dual agency situation, both Buyer and Seller will benefit from our fee structure. Our job then becomes the creation of a Win/Win situation.

We will do extensive research to help you price your house correctly. Additionally, we can assist you in staging your home. When necessary, we can indentify quick, inexpensive fixes that would dramatically improve curb appeal, we can also suggest some small changes that will create the feeling of more space and additional light. We can also help you avoid some costly improvement work that would only marginally enhance your home's value, helping you avoid wasting time and money.
